2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
After obtaining the return authorization code, print and complete the RETURN FORM here attached in all parts (in order to ensure timely and correct handling of your return is crucial not to neglect any information requested).
Insert inside the package the return form with specifying "Copy to be inserted inside the box".
Stick outside the box, in a visible area on the parcel, the return form specifying "Copy to be sticked outside the box".
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging including the hangtag attached. The products, therefore, must not have been used (you may just have been worn to prove the fit), or being washed, soiled, damaged or altered from their state in which they were delivered.
3. RETURN YOUR PARCEL
If you do not have time, or you cannot go to a specialized shipping centre, do not worry!
Contact us and our authorized courier will pick up the goods to the agreed address (the cost of this service will be deducted from the amount that will be re-credited).
